At SmartNChoice, we focus on delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange of products, not refunds.
You can request an exchange if:
- The product you received is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or a similar item of equal value.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds on any orders once they are delivered.
All purchases are considered final unless there is an issue caused from our side (as mentioned above).
Customer Responsibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after receiving the order
- Product not liked after delivery
- Wrong size/color chosen by customer
- Product damaged due to customer usage
- Delay caused by courier service
Proof Requirement
To process any exchange request, customers must provide:
- Clear pictures of the product
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Order details (name, number, invoice)
Without proper proof, we will not be able to process any claim.
Exchange Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details and issue
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, we will arrange exchange pickup or replacement
Important Notes
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order
- Products must be in original condition with packaging intact
- SmartNChoice reserves the right to approve or reject any request after review
